glean

Surface the surprises. Turn the soil.

Glean gathers what comes back after a Harvest (customer feedback, support tickets, sales replays, internal observations) and returns it to the Field as new Nutrients. The Soil turns for the next cycle.

01

What glean does.

The verbs the module speaks. Each is a discrete action a user takes on a Field object, or a process the module runs for them.

01

Gather Gleanings

Collect post-Harvest signal from every channel the Grow Plan said matters.

02

Surface the Surprises

Surface the surprises: what landed unexpectedly, what missed, what shifted.

03

Turn the Soil

Fold Gleanings back into Soil. The next cycle’s Seeds grow from wiser context.

04

Create Next Seeds

Promote the strongest Gleanings into Seedlings or directly into new Seeds.

05

Feed the Next Cycle

Hand off to Winnow. The cycle starts again with the Soil already turned.

02

Principles glean holds.

  1. The Harvest is not the end. What comes back after is data the Field has paid for.

  2. Turning is structural, not seasonal. Every Harvest turns the Soil; no special event needed.

  3. Surprise gets logged. The surprises no Measure predicted are the most valuable kind.

  4. The cycle is the unit. One Glean closes one cycle and opens the next, in the same breath.
