Questions we get often.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes — every Pro workspace gets a 14-day trial before billing starts. You can downgrade to Free at any point in the trial without entering payment details.
Do you bill per seat or per workspace?
Pro is billed per active member in the workspace. A workspace owner with no other members pays for one seat. We don't count read-only viewers in the seat count.
What happens if I cancel?
Your workspace becomes read-only at the end of the current billing month. You keep access to everything you've created and can export the entire workspace as a folder of Markdown. We don't hold your evidence hostage.
When do the forthcoming agents land?
Build is the next module on the roadmap. Review and Outcomes follow. We don't promise dates publicly, but Pro and Team plans include all forthcoming modules at no extra cost.
Can we self-host Cultivate OS?
No. The product is hosted-only. Team plans include a dedicated DLP scope and audit log so you can satisfy most enterprise-grade requirements without self-hosting.
Is my evidence used to train models?
No. Workspace data is never used to train models. We pass it to the underlying model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) under their no-training data agreements only.
